I have found that when you give yourself permission to have a reason why you can’t keep working on your goal, you will find that reason. Instead, say, “No matter what, I will constantly work on moving towards my goal. Today I will take one step closer to my goals, to what I want.” Make that declaration and one day you’ll look back and realized you have the life you have always wanted.
I am committed to be in the best shape of my life. This is very challenging to eat right and exercise since I am traveling all over the country sharing with people for a living. But even if I just have a hotel room late at night, I can still take one step closer to being in the best shape of my life. Here is what I did. I hope it encourages you do the one thing you can do.
